Bob Sutton – he of The Asshole Survival Guide: How to Deal with People Who Treat You Like Dirt  and the “No Asshole Rule” is back. And this time, he’s telling leaders: “don’t be a jerk at work”.

It’s a powerfully written article and one you should read now.

Why? Because Sutton says we’re notoriously bad at recognising our own behaviour.

And – this stuff has a huge impact on almost every aspect of productive workplaces.
