Inspiring and enabling great people and performance
I am energetic and innovative. I am business focused, pragmatic and have a ‘can do’ approach. I love working with organisations who want to make a difference, who want to change and improve and who want to see what’s truly possible. I call a spade a spade, and try to make people related issues as simple as possible. From 2021, I have been asked to judge the Telstra Best of Business Awards. Between 2011-2018, I judged the Telstra Business Womens’ Awards and judged the Telstra Business Awards from 2015-2018. I am also involved in a number of charities and mentoring programmes in WA and nationally. I am currently a member of the ECU School of Management and Business Law Consultative Committee and the People, Performance and Culture Board Sub Committee of Dieticians Australia. I have been on the board of Dismantle, Bridging the Gap and HALO. I have also been the Chair of Richmond Primary School Council. Giving back when you can is an important part of what I believe in and who I am.
I am a mother to two beautiful girls, a founding member of the Pets of Older Persons programme (POOPs WA) and a runner training for my first half marathon (this is taking much much longer than anticipated!). I have travelled and lived all over the world, but am very happy to call Perth home. I love to write, and to read.. a lot!
You will almost always see me with a coffee in my hand.
