When it feels like things are completely out of control
It’s been a year when pretty much everything has felt completely out of control. In fact, that is probably one of the big lessons we have all learnt, is how little we actually do control.

Ultimately – there are many situations where the reality is that your own personal control or influence is limited at best. Understanding that as a reality allows you to make decisions around how you handle yourself going forward.
